Free Shipping Promotion: 

Free Standard Shipping on retail purchases of $100 or more is valid online at http://www.bodemi.com only. Order usually  arrives in 5-7 business days. Offer based on merchandise total of $100 or more and does not include taxes or any additional charges. No adjustments to prior purchases.  Offer is not valid on international orders, and only pertains to mailing within the United States. Any additional handling fees apply as indicated on item product page. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping and multiple shipping destinations.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address, BODEMI reserves the right to charge the customer’s credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error.

Delivery Time:
If you are trying to estimate when a product will arrive, keep in mind that credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing. Orders are typically processed and leave our warehouse within 24 hours from time of purchase.

Express Delivery:
Orders will typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) after BODEMI LLC has shipped order from it's warehouse. BODEMI LLC does not guarantee or refund shipping charges if a product does not arrive as guaranteed by carrier. The carrier's and their performance is out of our control.

Shipping Policy for Canada

BODEMI LLC currently ships internationally to Canada via Standard Delivery Only. Standard Delivery Orders will typically arrive in 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Orders shipped Standard Service will be delivered via UPS or U.S.P.S. at BODEMI LLC’s discretion.

Additional Information for Canadian Customer:

BODEMI LLC is required to calculate the total amount that you paid for your items and list all items in your shipment on the required Customs Forms. You may be asked by your government agencies to pay additional fees, duties, taxes etc. as required by your local laws. BODEMI LLC is not responsible for these additional fees. Additionally, BODEMI LLC will not reimburse customer for products held up in customs. Once a product has been verified as shipped by a U.S. carrier, BODEMI LLC assumes no further liability for delivery unless it was responsible for a processing error such as entering wrong information on shipping label.

Return & Exchange Policy

BODEMI LLC will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN USED, WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. (Upon receipt of returned goods, BODEMI LLC reserves the right to deny credit/refund request if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.) BODEMI LLC will not for any reason exchange products that were damaged during wear. Many of our products are not intended for rough play or to be pulled and stretched. If damage occurs that looks to have been the result of this, a refund or exchange will not be issued and product will be returned.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

You may exchange or return merchandise by mail for a full refund within Fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Orders that were shipped to you with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge deducted from the credit of your return.  After Fifteen (15) days from your receipt of merchandise, BODEMI LLC cannot accept returns for any reason.

Please note: BODEMI LLC does NOT refund shipping and handling charges, any customized or personalized items, any holiday dresses or any special occasion clothing. BODEMI LLC does NOT accept returns or exchanges of any BODEMI products that have been purchased at any retailer other than those purchased from www.bodemi.com .

If a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We must be notified within Five 5 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for damaged items reported beyond this timeframe.  If you receive a damaged or defective item from www.bodemi.com, immediately return the item to us and indicate your reason for return as "Damaged/Defective" and provide comments if necessary. You will receive e-mail notifications when we have processed your return and issued credit for the item purchased and the shipping charges associated with the return.

Refunds are processed within approximately Seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from BODEMI.
